I Believe Wellness Is...

A state of being that requires conscious commitment and appreciation that everything one does, thinks, feels, and believes has an impact on personal well-being. This results in a quality of life only experienced when all dimensions of wellness are equally respected and healthy tensions exist between all dimensions.

I believe that my students deserve
to experience that quality of life.
