Personal Plan for Wellness (PPW)

Students demonstrate increased responsibility for their own wellness
by designing, implementing, revising, and evaluating an on-going comprehensive
multi-dimensional PPW for the entire course.  Students will regularly assess
and revise their ongoing PPW to reflect achievement
of their goals. Revisions to personal plans reflect new
learnings and understanding as they relate to
all of the dimensions of wellness.
